How do I know if Optivo is right for my team?

It works best for teams running 10+ people across multiple jobs at once.For larger teams needing security, audit logs, and collaboration tooling — right fit.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with daily backups. We never share or sell your data. If your IT team needs a security overview or vendor documentation, just ask.We don’t offer insurance — but our tools drastically reduce engineering risk by catching issues early, preventing downtime, and improving review quality.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Import your roster and explore the full product before paying. Setup takes about 10 minutes — upload your spreadsheet and Optivo builds the schedule for you.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade anytime — no penalties.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and (for Max accounts) invoicing via bank transfer.

Annual plans can also be paid via invoice upon request.

Are there any hidden fees?

No.

Everything you see in the plan is exactly what you get.

Can I change my subscription plan later?

Anytime. Upgrades happen instantly; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Your data and settings stay intact no matter the tier.

How do I contact customer support?

What should I do if I have feedback or a complaint?

We genuinely care about feedback — good and bad.

If something feels off, slow, or confusing, tell us.

We respond to every message, and many new features come directly from user suggestions.

How reliable is Optivo?

9.9%+ uptime, daily backups, and active monitoring. If something goes wrong, we'll usually know before you do.

How does billing work for teams?

Pricing scales per seat. Invite or remove team members anytime and your bill adjusts automatically on the next cycle. Annual contracts available for procurement-heavy teams. For 100+ we can work out custom pricing.

What happens if my payment fails?

We'll retry a few times and email you. Your account stays active during the grace period so your team isn't interrupted.We’ll retry your payment several times and notify you inside the app and via email.

Do you offer discounts for annual plans?

Do you offer student, nonprofit, or startup discounts?
